CMA CGM adjusts Turkey, Adriatic, Malta & Libya service

CMA CGM’s Short Sea Lines Division has announced the reshuffling/merger of its TMX 3 and ADRINAF services between Turkey, Adriatic, Malta, and Libya, effective Week 2.

CMA CGM noted that this weekly service, commencing from Izmir on 7 January 2024, will serve the Adriatic market globally and maintain a sustainable maritime bridge between North Turkey and the Adriatic Region.

The new TMX 3 service features a fleet with four vessels and 1,300 TEU nom.

The port rotation will have a weekly frequency and will rotate as follows:

Izmir – Gebze – Gemlik – Malta – Ancona – Rijeka – Trieste – Venezia – Koper – Bar – Taranto – Malta – Bingazi

In December 2023, the carrier announced it will launch a new seasonal service dedicated to exports of fruits and vegetables from Morocco to North America.

More recently, the CMA CGM Short Sea Lines Division announced the reshuffling of its TULYB and GTL services as from WEEK 2&3 between Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Lebanon, Malta, and Libya.
