COSCO Shipping Corporation has established a collaboration with the domestic agriculture and food products processing firm Yihai Kerry for the development of industry supply chains.
The two companies have engaged into this collaboration agreement to outlier their commercial advantages, improve coordination, and achieve joint growth.
They plan to work closely together in areas such as food supply chain, container shipping, bulk freight transportation, whole-process logistics supply chain, digitalisation, and construction.

This long-term partnership aims to continually strengthen the participating firms’ core competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities, as well as their overall competitiveness and mutual benefit.
During the talks leading up to the agreement’s signing, the two parties reflected on their current cooperation and discussed future collaboration opportunities.
Wilma International, Yihai Kerry, and other COSCO SHIPPING businesses and divisions were also reportedly in attendance for the meeting and ceremony.
Three months ago, COSCO SHIPPING reported its first-quarter results for the Group’s subsidiaries for the period ended 31 March 2023.
