Kalmar, part of Cargotec, has received a repeat order of two Kalmar Eco reachstackers from Portos dos Açores, including a three-year Gold warranty package.
With this agreement, Kalmar celebrates the milestone of altogether 500 Eco reachstackers sold worldwide.
The order has been booked in Cargotec’s 2022 Q4 order intake and the units are scheduled for delivery in Q22023.
Portos dos Açores, S.A. is managing all commercial ports, cruise terminals and marinas in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, assuming a unique importance in the business context and society in the Azores Islands, with more than 98 per cent of the goods in transit in the region through the port infrastructures.
In this order, Kalmar will deliver the new 50 tons spreader and the extra protection of the cabin by hot galvanisation.
