Navis, a part of Cargotec Corporation, has announced the launch of its “360 Managed Services”, a subscription-based suite of solutions that focus on the key areas of terminal operating system (TOS) success.
According to a statement, these services include monitoring, upgrades and application management, as well as an operational review of a terminal facility.
The offering is expected to improve the customer’s experience and increase their chance of long-term success with Navis’ N4 TOS and other products.

As part of 360 Managed Services, Navis’ global expertise and technology resources can be leveraged to free up onsite resources, allowing operators to focus on the business of running their terminals.
By fulfilling routine IT and operational tasks, and removing the need to staff a number of IT jobs, terminal employees can turn to their attention to strategic tasks.

“While some terminals have extensive teams dedicated to TOS implementations and ongoing TOS management and optimization, many others do not.
“Navis 360 Managed Services was developed for customers with a strong desire and/or need to tap more deeply into Navis’ expertise and staffing resources to ensure they are getting the most from their terminal investments.”
