TecPlata S.A. (TecPlata), the Argentinian affiliate of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), has handled Argentina’s first carbon-neutral container.
TecPlata collaborated with Petrocuyo, LOGIN, and Carbon+ to adopt methods that promote environmental responsibility while maintaining operational efficiency.
The company expressed that it is dedicated to promoting sustainable logistics methods and making a positive environmental effect.
In August, TecPlata became the first port in Argentina to achieve carbon-neutral status.
That same month, TecPlata finished dredging the marine channels to a depth of 10 metres.
